This pretty plaque can be made for a grandparents, moms, aunts, and sisters.  The perfect way to show off the family they love!  Choose flowers based on birth month OR just pick what flowers you like the most!  Flowers come in white or brushed gold.  This plaque will come with 5 flowers, but not all of them need to have a banner under them.  In personalization box, indicate title you would like for the top if you pick "Custom Title".  Indicate the months/flowers you would like and which color you would like.  Also indicate which flowers you would like banners under and what the personalization is on those banners.  Your plaque will come with the leaf accent pieces as seen in our samples.
